Also according to the raw material chemical composition to the general polyester or polyether, so there have polyether polyurethane elastomers and polyester polyurethane elastomer.
 
Application In Mine
(1) Mining sieve plate and screen mesh: screening equipment is the main equipment of mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries,The key component is the sieve of different sizes of solid particles separated, using CPU to replace the traditional steel plate, can greatly reduce the weight, reduce energy consumption, easy molding section with reasonable structure and elastic mesh, overcomes the material card hole caused by the decline in the efficiency of screening questions.And reduce the noise, the service life is greatly improved. Moreover not easily blocking the screen, not easy touch screen, because the polyurethane is a polymer material with molecular polarity, and wet material attached, piled phenomenon.
(2) Beneficiation equipment lining: many mining mineral processing equipment, the most easy to wear, with CPY lining, the service life can be increased by 3~10 times, the total cost is greatly reduced.
(3) Ball mill lining: for cylinder lining with CPU, not only can save steel, reduce weight and save power and energy consumption, service life can be increased by 2~5 times.
(4) Hoist friction pads with high friction coefficient and higher wear resistance CPU and the ascension instead of engineering, and the service life is greatly improved
