Full automatic vacuum disc filter and plate for dewatering and separation


Working principle: 

The full automatic vacuum disc filter mainly consists of rotor, distribution head, mixer, scraper, slurry tank and backwash cleaning system. 

When beginning the operation, under the effect of vacuum, the ceramic filter plate immersed in the slurry tank gives shape to a thick particle settlement layer on the ceramic filter plate surface, and the filtered liquid flows into the vacuum bucket through the ceramic filter plate to the distribution head. In the drying area, the filter cake continues to be dewatered under the effect of vacuum to further dry the filter cake. After the filter cake is dried, it is scraped in the discharging area and conveyed through the belt to where it is needed. 

The ceramic plate after discharging finally goes into the backwash area, and the filtered backwash liquid flows into the ceramic plate through the distribution head to flush the particles blocked in the micro-holes of the ceramic plate, which completes a filter operation cycle. After a long time operation of the filter, apply joint cleaning of the ultrasonic and chemical media to ensure the high-efficiency operation of filter.
